At Lineage Property Inspections LLC, we believe that safe homes build strong families. That’s why we chose the name Lineage — it reflects our commitment to family, trust, and the lasting security that comes from a well-built foundation.
We are proud to be one of the few companies in Ohio licensed by the Board of Building Standards (BBS) and contracted with the Department of Commerce (DOC) to issue permits and perform the required inspections for manufactured home installations across the state. In addition to DOC-mandated inspections, we also provide residential home inspections, radon testing, and wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections, all performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
Between our team of inspectors, administrators, and specialists, we bring together over 70 years of combined experience in inspections, construction knowledge, and customer service.
